Our FITLEGS® 2 Compression garment is a lymphoedema garment designed to provide pressure to the legs to help improve circulation, drainage; and aid with the management of the symptoms of lymphoedema.
The unique construction of the weave in FITLEGS® 2 allows us to vastly reduce the amount of elastane whilst still providing the amount of compression required. Meaning that FITLEGS 2 are softer in use, making them more comfortable to wear, especially over long periods of time.
FITLEGS® 2 provide a graduated compression level of 23-32mmHg improving circulation and lymphatic drainage.

Learn moreGreat product, used by hospital following open heart surgery, we were issued a second pair, but I wanted to be prepared as my husband needed to wear the socks for 6 weeks, so ordered 2 pairs directly from Fitlegs. Exactly the same as issued by hospital, good fit, takes a bit of practice for carer to put them on patient as the socks are very tight fitting. Easy to wash and line dry. Simple to use website, good product description and arrived as stated.
Ordered these after a hip operation so I could always have a clean pair on hand. I ordered the same style & size as I was given in hospital, but, the pair I bought were a tiny bit longer therefore MUCH more comfortable. They took less than 5 working days to arrive too, which for mid December is impressive.
I’m pregnant and honestly I don’t want to take them off. I’m about to place another order. Wished there had some plain black cotton ones.

For sports and everyday socks, simply use our size chart and select your size based on your shoe size.
Compression stockings can have side effects if the wrong size is worn, such as skin irritation, pain or discomfort, bruising or chafing, leg cramps and tenderness. It is important to order the right size and compression level for your needs.

Ready-to-wear and standard off-the-shelf compression garments do not require a prescription. However, some of our medical and AES compression socks do require sign off from a doctor.
